The Lagos State Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Jimi Agbaje, has said his 'masterplan' for Lagos State will be anchored on security, health and education.

Agbaje stated this yesterday in London at an event organised by a group, Friends of Jimi Agbaje Worldwide, in conjuction with PDP UK tagged An Evening With Jimi Agbaje.

The evening interactive session attracted crème de la crème within the Nigerian community in the United Kingdom, Europe, America and some invited guests from Nigeria.

Present at the event were former National Chairman of the PDP, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur; the Chairman of PDP UK, Otunba Abayomi Fakorede; Mr Alistair Soyode, the MD of Ben TV among others.

The governorship hopeful picked holes in some of the policies of the ruling government in Lagos State. He condemned the Fashola administration who he said distributed safety crash helmets to commercial motorcyclists before the 2011 elections only to retrieve them back after winning the elections.

"The commercial motorcyclists popularly called Okada riders were all given the safety crash helmets before the 2011 election by the ruling party, but after the election victory, the government not only withdraw their crash helmets but seize all their motorcycles and destroy them. Many of them are now jobless and in deep hardship because their main means of livelihood now forcefully taken away from them", Agbaje said.

He has this for the electorate: "Lagosians must determine the Lagos of their dream as they cast their votes for their next Executive Governor. If they really want ‘Change’ and continuity of the present system, then it is up to them."
