<b>When Emmanuel Mbilla was enlisted into the Nigerian Police Force 31 years ago, he might have dreamt of serving the country meritoriously and gloriously before handing over the baton to the next generation. Such dream has now been shattered by one ugly encounter with a naval officer.</b></div>

Just four years for the long serving officer to say goodbye to serving his country in uniform, what seems a tragedy struck on February 22 which abruptly cut short his long anticipated exit from the force. The singular incident had steadily sunk hole into his pocket, leaving him to now beg before he eats.</div>

The victim’s second wife, Patience Mbilla, who witnessed the incident, told Saturday Sun that it all started when the naval officer, Enejor, drove recklessly to hit the pavement of her shop with his vehicle.</div>

It has been nine months since the Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) has been suffering after being allegedly attacked on the eye by the naval rating, identified as Warrant Officer Unaji Enejor on February 22 in the Kirikiri area of Lagos State.</div>

Saturday Sun learnt that the 50-year-old victim had suffered glaucoma on his left eye before the incident, and a punch from his attacker on his right eye dealt a big blow to his overall sight.</div>

All efforts made by Mbilla to regain his failing sight proved abortive. He told Saturday Sun that he had visited many hospitals in Lagos in a quest for a cure for his battered eye.</div>

Presently, the policeman, who was previously doing virtually everything on his own, including driving his car, has now turned vegetable, relying on his two wives for help.</div>

In her narration, the second wife said: “My husband and I were in my shop, when we suddenly heard a loud noise like a crash just outside my shop. We rushed out, only to find out that the pavement at my shop was hit by a vehicle. My husband told the driver of the vehicle to find a solution to what he had done, but the driver quickly identified himself as a naval officer and told us to get out, boasting that we could not do nothing. My husband also identified himself as a police officer.</div>

“The man wanted to escape, but my husband refused him, only for the naval officer to forcefully hit my husband in the eye with the car key. My husband fell to the floor, screaming for help. At that point, the naval officer ran away but unfortunately for him, his car got stuck in a gutter. It was the sympathizers that were running after him that were able to stop him from escaping. Two other naval men immediately came and wanted to help their colleague escape but the crowd overwhelmed them, and the assailant was eventually taken to the Kirikiri Police Division. Later, the case was transferred to Panti, Yaba, where he was released on bail.”</div>

Saturday Sun further gathered that an investigative panel was set up to look into the incident by the naval command. But Mrs Mbilla accused the Navy of hiding the suspect.</div>

“The police have written letters to the Navy. They sent two officers from the Navy to enquire about the incident. I told them what I knew about the matter and they promised to return to meet my husband, but we have not seen them since then. I believe they are hiding the naval officer from us. We demand justice,” she stated.</div>

Speaking on the challenges they have been facing in the aftermath of the incident, she said that life had been tough for them as their financial well has run dry and they now run from pillar to post to fend for the family.</div>

“Since the incident, it has not been easy for me and my family. We have spent all we have on treatment; going for one test after other in different hospitals and eye check centres. My husband can’t do anything anymore as I have to be with him 24 hours to take care of his needs. We have spent over a million naira and I have sold almost all the valuables we have.</div>

“He always feels pain and headache. We still buy drugs weekly. We want the Navy to produce the officer that attacked my husband so that he can share in our burden. Most importantly, we want justice to take its course but without further delay”, she lamented.</div>

She also pleaded with well meaning Nigerians, authorities including the Lagos State government and NGOs to come to their aid financially and otherwise.</div>

<b>There is no doubt that Governor Ibikunle Amosun and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State would have to fight the battle to retain the control of the machinery of government beyond the 2015 elections from more than one front, reports Segun Olatunji of the <i>Sun</i>.</b></div>

The reason for this is not far-fetched. Before now, the race to grab the reins of governance in the state was among three major contenders, including the ruling APC, the Peoples Democratic Party and the Labour party. But the sudden and unexpected arrival of the Social Democratic Party on the scene has completely changed the political landscape in the state.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
According to the <b><a href="http://sunnewsonline.com/new/?p=97382">Sun</a></b>, the SDP, which is being nurtured by Governor Amosun’s estranged godfather and former governor of the state, Chief Olusegun Osoba, is believed to be making serious inroads into the political turf in the state, that is, within the little time of its existence.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
The current development could be traced to the initial squabbles within the then ruling Action Congress of Nigeria in the state over the sharing of political offices which had worsened with the merger of the ACN, the All Nigeria Peoples Party, the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) and a faction of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to form the APC. The decision by certain forces in the ANPP and CPC in the state, which already had an axe to grind with the Amosun’s administration to pitch tent with the Osoba group, aggravated the already tense situation in the ruling party.</div>

The defection of Osoba, Amosun’s estranged deputy, Prince Segun Adesegun, the three senators, seven House of Representatives members representing the state in the National Assembly as well as some lawmakers in the State House of Assembly into the SDP, however, marked a turning point in the intra-party crisis that had been rocking the ruling APC since January last year.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Many people, who had thought that the political quagmire created by the disagreement between Amosun and Osoba would eventually be resolved, were caught flat-footed when the former governor, the deputy governor, the national and state assemblies members – and a horde of their supporters – recently took the decision to defect to the SDP.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Lately, some officials of the state, including special assistants and special advisers to the governor have resigned their appointments from the government. They cited irreconcilable political disagreements with the Amosun administration for their actions. The last of the government officials in this category is the daughter of the first civilian governor of the state, Olubukunola Onabanjo. Onabanjo recently resigned as the chairman of the Ogun State Teaching Service Commission, alleging witch-hunt by Governor Amosun over her closeness to Chief Osoba.</div>

The TESCOM boss, who made the allegation in her letter of resignation dated November 18 and sent to the governor, said that she owed no one any apology for the over 40-year-old relationship that had existed between the Onabanjo and the Osoba families.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
She added that she was, therefore, not ready to sacrifice the long-standing relationship between the two families for “political gains and consideration.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

Onabanjo further noted that she could not continue to pretend to remain in Amosun’s government when it was already clear that, “it is too late in the day for me to clothe myself in borrowed robes,” disclosing that she would be joining the SDP.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
For many in the state, therefore, the defection of the former APC bigwigs to SDP, which is said to be currently making waves, especially among aggrieved politicians of the progressive bent who have an axe to grind with the Amosun administration, has foreclosed any form of reconciliation between the governor’s camp and Osoba’s loyalists.</div>

The choice of the SDP by the Osoba loyalists after they were said to have considered many other options, including defection to the PDP or the Labour Party, is understandable. Apart from the fact that the group considered the PDP as being “too conservative”, the SDP was the platform on which their leader, Osoba first became the governor of the state in 1993. Also, the fact that the SDP has been re-registered by a chieftain of the Afenifere, the pan-Yoruba socio-political group and former joint presidential candidate of the Alliance for Democracy/All Peoples Party, Chief Olu Falae with the Independent National Electoral Commission, made the party the best option for Osoba and his loyalists in Ogun to escape the alleged witch-hunt by Amosun and the leadership of the ruling APC.</div>

With this development, the SDP in the state is now viewed by some concerned elements in the APC in the state as posing serious threat to the electoral fortunes of the ruling party in the 2015 elections. Many believe the peopling of the SDP by aggrieved APC members may lead to the re-enactment of the 2011 situation where the Peoples Party of Nigeria (PPN) broke away from the then ruling PDP in the state, culminating in the loss of power to the then Action Congress of Nigeria.</div>

Already, aspirants, who lost in the primary elections for the various elective positions due to the alleged imposition of candidates, especially in the ruling APC, are threatening to defect to the burgeoning SDP to realise their political ambition. Since the conclusion of the party primary elections in the state, supporters of aspirants who lost out have been demonstrating their dissatisfaction with the whole process by staging protests even at the Governor’s Office in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.</div>

They have not minced words by sternly warning the governor and the leaders of the APC in the state that the ruling party risked losing out completely in the forthcoming 2015 polls if they continued to thwart the decision of the delegates who voted in the various primaries.</div>

The whirlwind of change currently sweeping across the ruling APC in Ogun began on November 12 when the three senators from the state, Adegbenga Kaka (Ogun East), Akin Odunsi (Ogun West) and Gbenga Obadara (Ogun Central) – formally announced their defection from the APC to the SDP on the floor of the Senate. The three senators backed their action with the presentation of their letters of defection to Senate President David Mark.</div>

They hinged their decision to dump the APC in Ogun on the factionalisation of the party in the state and the existence of parallel state executive committees.</div>

While addressing National Assembly correspondents on behalf of his colleagues in Abuja, Senator Kaka also disclosed that seven out of the nine House of Representatives members from the state had also notified the National Assembly of their defection to the SDP in Ogun. The House of Representatives members include Adekunle Adeyemi, Abiodun Abudu-Balogun, Kehinde Odeneye, Bukunola Buraimoh, Babatunde Ogunola and Olumide Osoba.</div>

The National Assembly members made their position known barely 24 hours after three members in the Ogun House of Assembly dumped the ruling APC for the SDP. The state legislators, who jumped on the bandwagon of defection to the SDP include Oludaisi Elemide, Olufemi Allen- Taylor and Elizabeth Anifowoshe. Five other members of the state assembly also crossed over to the PDP the same day.</div>

Political observers in the state have, however, continued to express fears that what Governor Amosun who recently emerged the standard bearer for the APC in the 2015 governorship poll has achieved in the infrastructural development of the state may pale into insignificance when compared with his inability to keep the fold of the ruling party in the state together ahead of next year’s elections.</div>

Already, fears are also being expressed in political circles in the state that candidates of the other political parties may take advantage of the ongoing debilitating crisis in the APC in the state to attempt to oust Amosun and the ruling party in 2015.</div>

The unresolved intra-party crisis within the APC in the state has seen the loyalists of the estranged godfather to the governor, Chief Segun Osoba and other aggrieved members defecting in large number to the SDP while others have taken refuge in the equally troubled Peoples Democratic Party where they hope to take their pound of flesh from Amosun. The defection of the three senators, seven House of Representatives and about 13 state House of Assembly members from the APC to the SDP is a very big political deficit for the ruling party in the state and the Amosun administration.</div>

Amosun and the APC’s chances in next year’s governorship poll in the state are said to have been further weakened by the recent defection of the Deputy Governor, Prince Segun Adesegun to the SDP. Adesegun, who has been at loggerheads with his boss over certain issues, also declared his interest to contest the governorship of the state on the platform of the SDP against his boss the same day Amosun emerged the standard bearer of the ruling APC for next year’s poll.</div>

Also, there are fears within the ruling APC that the current trend among political parties in the state to pick their governorship candidates from Ogun Central where Governor Amosun hails from may spell doom for the party and the governor in the 2015 poll.</div>

This strategy, which is believed to be part of the Amosun-Must-Go campaign by a burgeoning coalition of the opposition parties, is said to be a ploy to defeat the governor by dividing the votes in the senatorial district during the forthcoming elections in the state. The SDP also poses no less threat in this regard.</div>

Therefore, in spite of his lofty programmes and laudable achievements, Amosun might find the odds stack against him too high to surmount in his bid to return to the Oke-Mosan Governor’s Office next year if the ruling APC goes into the 2015 polls as a divided house.</div>

The SDP has become one party that should be watched in the race to the Ogun State Governor’s Office in 2015. There are strong indications that the SDP is poised to give a good account of itself in next year’s polls in the state.</div>

Among the top contenders on the platform of the SDP for the top job is the deputy governor, Prince Segun Adesegun. But expectedly, Adesegun has the Herculean task of scaling the hurdles placed on his way to succeeding his boss, Amosun, with whom he has politically parted ways, as the next chief executive officer of the state.</div>

But owing to his background and political experience, the deputy governor, our correspondent gathered, is being largely backed by some APC and SDP supporters at the grassroots in addition to being the preferred choice of the elders and some traditional rulers in the state.</div>

The deputy governor, who once served as the youth leader and a national officer of the APC, is said to enjoy the goodwill of some prominent people in the state who are believed to be pulling all the strings to ensure his emergence as the standard bearer of the SDP in the 2014 governorship election. In fact, because of the respect he commands, many card-carrying members of even the ruling APC in the state have vowed to fight his cause.</div>

While formally declaring his ambition, Adesegun told journalists and his teeming supporters that he was offering himself for the governorship of Ogun next year after careful and extensive consultations with the various stakeholders in the state.</div>

Reacting to the news of his deputy’s declaration of intention to contest the governorship seat of the state on the platform of the SDP, Amosun said that the development was part of the beauty of democracy and should be encouraged.</div>

The governor added that he wished his deputy well in his decision to contest against him in the forthcoming governorship election.</div>

The deputy governor’s supporters believe that being a major player in the Amosun administration, he would endeavour to improve on the incumbent’s initiatives by focusing on human and infrastructural development of the state.</div>

However, feelers from the SDP indicate that the deputy governor may have to contend with a former member of the National Executive Committee of the APC, Mr. Yemi Sanusi and the former managing director of Guaranty Trust Bank, Mr. Fola Adeola who was the vice presidential candidate of the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria in the 2011 elections and also hails from the central senatorial district as the incumbent governor, for the governorship ticket of the SDP in the state. The SDP has yet to conclude its primary elections in the state.</div>

On the speculation that the SDP would spoil the chances of the ruling APC in the 2015 poll, Senator Kaka said that the party was only interested in winning all elections in the state.</div>

The lawmaker also denied insinuations that the SDP has forged an alliance with the PDP for the purpose of the 2015 elections.</div>

So, if we have promoted some people and they have failed the people, we still have to go back to the people and tell them that is not the message we sent them. This is the direction; this is the way forward and that is the exact thing we are doing and we are so confident that the people know their leaders and they know those that they have tried and they have their trust in them. So, by the grace of God, we are far from playing any spoiler role. We are out to win and win handsomely to the chagrin of those who are destroying the state.”</div>

<b>Before and after the emergence of General Muhammadu Buhari as the presidential candidate of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC), a few people hold different opinions about him contrary to majority opinions that support his candidacy. While political analysts say his emergence and subsequent pairing with Professor Yemi Osinbajo is a technical knock-out for the incumbent, the President Goodluck Jonathan’s camp would not agree in absolute terms but they had in principle. Hence their resort to all sorts of tactics including but not limited to name calling, image murdering, and intimidation.</b></div>

Recall that immediately after Buhari won his party’s primaries, Dr Doyin Okupe was among the first set of Aso Rock’s attack dogs to crucify the peoples’ General. Okupe had said the <b><a href="http://nigerianewsroom.blogspot.com/2014/12/buharis-emergence-fatal-error-presidency.html">APC committed a fatal error in choosing General Buhari</a></b>. What actually is the business of Aso Rock and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the choice of candidate by the opposition? That’s the first sign that the Jonathanians are not happy and, therefore, jittery that Buhari won the APC primaries. Then, I remember what Okupe said about APC surviving beyond its first year of formation. He boasted and ‘instructed’ to be called a bastard if his speculation didn’t come to pass. It’s now been some 21 months since APC was formed and it has not crumbled as boastfully predicted by <i>Seer</i> Okupe. So, <i>egbon</i> is now a bastard! Now that bastard Okupe’s sooth-saying didn’t come to fruition, isn’t he a <i>fatal error</i> within the ranks of the Jonathanians? I can’t imagine what his failed prediction would have caused the Jonathanians if they actually believed him in the first instance.</div>

Hardly had the fatal error made by Dr Doyin Okupe in calling the APC’s choice of Buhari a fatal error been forgotten than we had a bigger salvo fired from Wadata Plaza. Like Okupe, the shot was fired by another Yoruba doctor, Wale Oladipo, the National Secretary of the PDP. He had called Buhari a “<b><a href="http://nigerianewsroom.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/buhari-is-semi-illiterate-military.html">semiliterate jackboot</a></b>”. This is another fatal error by the Jonathanians. Unlike Doyin Okupe who I know is a medical doctor, I’m not sure Wale Oladipo is a medical doctor. Hence, I assume he holds a PhD like President Goodluck Jonathan. Though, despite Oladipo’s unintelligent remarks about General Buhari, I still have my respect for PhD holders. But going by a definition of the adjective (semi-literate) with which he qualified Buhari, I could see he (Oladipo) and his principal (President Jonathan) are also semi-literates. While Oladipo has limited knowledge and understanding of issues-based political campaigning, his master at Aso Rock has limited knowledge and understanding of governance.</div>

Oladipo’s attempt at forcing us to comply with (and vote for) his party’s candidate using the bullying tactics qualifies him as a jackboot. By extension, President Jonathan too is a jackboot.</div>

One other noise maker from the ranks of the Jonathanians is the PDP revert, Femi Fani-Kayode. His dislike for General Muhammadu Buhari seems to have no equals. He, like Doyin Okupe, sees Buhari as a religious <b>bigot</b>. Fani-Kayode goes further seeing Buhari and his APC as the brains behind the Boko Haram terrorists group. At every given opportunity, Fani-Kayode will condemn Buhari on account of his faith. He wrote a damning article succinctly describing Buhari’s running mate, Yemi Osinbajo, a pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), as a son of God mingling with the children of devil. He warned Osinbajo, the light, against his relationship with the ‘sons of Boko and daughters of Haram’. To Fani-Kayode, Buhari is Boko Haram and Boko Haram is Buhari. Yet his ruling-party, despite claims by President Jonathan that he knows those behind Boko Haram and the yet to be substantiated allegations by Femi Fani-Kayode, has not been able to prosecute and convict any of those being alleged as sponsors of Boko Haram. </div>

Having said this, does anyone not see Femi Fani-Kayode as a bigot himself? His criticism of Buhari on account of his (Buhari’s) religion and disagreement with his political views as well as his intolerance of Buhari’s ideas on politics and religion make Femi Fani-Kayode a worse bigot.</div>

However, I have not heard from two of the leading Jonathanians – Dame Patience Jonathan, the First Lady and Dr Reuben Abati, the President’s Special Assistant on Media and Publicity.</div>

As I was thinking on this, I stumbled on a Facebook link which re-directed me to Reuben Abati’s website. The link featured an article written by Ebenezer Babatope in January 2007 titled <i>“How Buhari Humiliated Awolowo”</i>. Dr Abati has a mission to achieve by featuring a January 2007 article in December 2014. You and I know his mission. One thing I noticed in Abati’s recent postures is that he seems to have learnt a lesson. Not many people know Abati was the brain behind the statement credited to Buhari about making the country ungovernable for Jonathan after the 2011 elections. Abati had caused a stinker he authored titled <i>“For the Attention of General Buhari”</i> to be published by <i>the Guardian</i> in 2011. The General sued him and <i>the Guardian</i> for libel. The presidency intervened and pleaded with Buhari for an out of court settlement. GMB agreed and <i>the Guardian</i> published a retraction in 2013 apologizing to Buhari.</div>

Like Dr Reuben Abati reminding us of Buhari’s past, a Jonathanian on Facebook shared some information on the role played by a 21-year-old 2nd Lt. Muhammadu Buhari in 1963/64 during the popular <i>‘Operation Weti E’</i> in the South-West. He reminded us in that post he shared in the Ogun State Today group that it was Muhammadu Buhari as Platoon Commander of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Abeokuta that obeyed an order from his seniors and shot at the Yorubas protesting the imprisonment of Chief Obafemi Awolowo by the Tafawa Balewa regime. Hence his campaign was to #ThinkYorubaFirst #StandWithJonathan and #RejectBuhari. In my comment on the thread, I asked if the Jonathanian had forgotten that Buhari was a soldier only obeying the orders and instructions from the authorities. I reminded him that some <b><a href="http://nigerianewsroom.blogspot.com/2014/12/breaking-54-soldiers-sentenced-to-death.html">54+ young soldiers were recently sentenced to death</a></b> for refusing an order to fight Boko Haram with ‘bare hands’. Hence, they committed mutiny and have to die except God intervene in their matter.</div>

And, on Christmas Day or thereabout, General Muhammadu Buhari was reported in the news to have said his government would not have an ‘<b><a href="http://nigerianewsroom.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/we-wont-office-of-first-lady-buhari.html">Office of The First Lady</a></b>’ because it is unconstitutional. The next day, <i>Mama Peace</i> told women who had come to witness the civic reception put up in her honor by her maternal community in Abia State not to vote <b><a href="http://nigerianewsroom.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/dont-vote-politicians-who-disrespect.html">politicians who don’t have respect for women</a></b>. To Dame Patience Jonathan, Buhari’s plan to scrap the Office of the First Lady which she presently occupies and which gives her the status of a <i>de facto</i> president is a disrespect to women. So, saying we don’t have to continue doing things the way our fathers did them because they are against the law is disrespect to our fathers. </div>

If this statement was made by Buhari’s wife, I’m sure the Jonathanians would have said <i>Buhari made a fatal error marrying an illiterate civilian jackboot</i>. Though, Fani-Kayode would disagree with them as he won’t see anything wrong in <i>a bigot son of Boko marrying a bigot daughter of Haram</i>. And, Abati would have gone back to the archives to dig out Professor Wole Soyinka’s article describing some Oga at the Villa’s wife as an illiterate.</div>

One thing these Jonathanians have not noticed or are ignoring is the fact that Buhari’s profile and followership are rising at a faster rate than Jonathan’s did in 2010 when he bought our sympathy with his <i>shoelessness</i>. Like Jonathan did in 2010 when he cried he had no shoes (to wear on Christmas), Buhari has bought people’s sympathy with his cry of “I’m a pensioner. I’m poor”. That, coupled with Jonathan’s dismal performance are the reasons the CHANGE will take place through the ballots in 2015.</div>

The sycophants have made former President Olusegun Obasanjo the president’s enemy, forgetting the fact that the president would not have been where he is today without the assistance  and  support of Obasanjo.  President Jonathan  should bear it in mind that these people that are destroying Obasanjo would destroy him one day. I think what should be done if he plans for peace in the remaining days left for him in office as the number one citizen is to work assiduously in the overall interest of all Nigerians  so that the poverty level in the country can be reduced drastically.  I do not know the type of economic policy he is implementing that things are getting worse on a daily basis among the general populace, yet they keep saying that the economy is improving.  I have never seen a situation where the economy is improving, yet the  standard of living of the citizens is deteriorating everyday. Everywhere you go in this country, cases of armed robbery, kidnapping and other criminal activities are on the increase.  What I am seeing is not a military incursion into the body polity, but the poor will take on the rich, it is a revolution that I am seeing in no distance future. </div>

And those who have been celebrating that they have money and are wealthy at the expense of the poor masses will have to be very careful because God will soon intervene in the affairs of Nigeria.</div>

But my advice to our politicians is that they should let the president go peacefully and retire to his village .Nigerians need to avoid these people who are leaving one party to the other and claiming to form a coalition with candidates who have no base in their towns and villages. These opportunists  are the worst  enemies  of this country. We have to avoid them so that they do not plunge this country into chaos . Recently, the Borno State governor raised an alarm that about three quarter of the state has been taken over by Boko Haram, yet the military authorities say they are having the upper hand over the insurgents. Then it is either the governor or the military hierarchy is lying. We now have a situation, where if anybody wants to make money off Nigeria, just tell the president you can crush Boko Haram or you tell him Boko Haram will soon  become history.</div>

The drop in the price of crude oil at the  international  market is because God just wants to teach us a lesson that Nigeria should not rely on crude oil again as a source of revenue. God will produce other things that are very strong even as crude oil to an extent that this economic crisis created by the drastic drop in the prices of crude oil will turn out to be a blessing and it will be well with Nigerians. Also, God will start raising good leaders and something good will start happening to us as a nation. Nigeria is presently facing economic hardship as a result of the fact that God wanted to tell our leaders and the citizens that we should not depend on crude oil exportation  alone for the development of this country and we have made oil our god, that was why we could not use the oil revenue very well to our own advantage. That is why God is not happy with us as a people.</div>

Hijacking of planes is going to be on the increase and after those crises, things will start getting better. There will be a lot of terror activities everywhere and mysterious things that had never happened before will start happening all over the world. People will just be missing anyhow, that is why people will turn to God.</div>

But Nigeria will remain as one, there would have been  seven years of war but God has decreed there would be no war in Nigeria again. God will intervene in the affairs of Nigeria and the military will be reorganised .</div>

The president should be seen to be fighting corruption headlong, otherwise corruption and insecurity will bring down his government. I foresee that as we are moving towards another election in the country, there is going to be upheaval. In order to avert the impending problems in the country, Muslims should observe fasting and prayers on the first Friday of the year while Christians should also fast and pray for peace to reign in the country on the first Sunday of the year so that  peace can be restored in Nigeria. And if Nigerians still want the forthcoming general elections to hold, they have to pray very well so that there may not be trouble as a result of stalemated election. The chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission should be warned not to spoil his name and those of his officials in sensitive positions because  if they do a thorough job, there may not be crisis.  But if they are not careful, the election may be rigged just like what happened in Zimbabwe.</div>

Also, the All Progressives Congress will still reclaim Ekiti State because many secrets would be unfolded about the government of the day in that  state.  Then in Lagos, Nigerians, especially the Yoruba, must be prayerful because that is where trouble may start in the New Year. APC is going to have problems concerning the party’s governorship candidate. PDP candidate, Jimi Agbaje, will have more support of the people and this is what will cause uproar in some circles if at all there is going to be elections. I say it again that if there is going to be election, Jimi Agbaje will have the upper hand because the candidate that should have won the election for APC was not given the chance to be presented as the party’s governorship candidate in Lagos state. APC should have presented Ganiyu Solomon, he was God’s anointed candidate for the party. This is the man God has chosen but the powers- that- be in the party did not allow him . That is why I said people do not listen to the voice of God again in this country. Rather, they are looking for those who would cover them and their mistakes up. </div>

In politics, Nigerians should not dwell on religious considerations before they choose their leaders. Rather, they should vote for those who can serve them well. I think it would be better if paramount rulers like the Ooni of Ife, Oba  Okunade Sijuwade; the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona and the Osile of Oke-Ona Egba, Oba Adedapo Tejuosho, among other numerous important traditional rulers in Yorubaland, should call  for a meeting of traditional rulers to seek  peace in their domains so that there would be no wild, wild West again. In fact, all well-meaning Yoruba sons and daughters should come together to seek  the peace of the land. Most  of our leaders need prayers to survive 2015. Nigeria’s First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, needs prayers so that she would not be rushed to the hospital again in the New Year. I see some traditional rulers passing away.</div>

And there is going to be multiple bomb blasts in Kano State, Maiduguri, Borno State capital , in Adamawa and even in Kaduna State.  We also need to pray for the Emir of Kano.</div>

To start with, I saw that most of the senators would not even return to their seats in the hallowed chambers because some of them would have problems as a result of what they had dabbled into. Political assassinations will be so rampant because people will be sponsoring assassins to eliminate their opponents. Some state governors and  National Assembly members will be after one another’s lives. That is why 2015 is a year of blood. I saw blood flowing ceaselessly in the land. The  political space is not going to augur well in the year we are going into, hence we need a lot of prayers to navigate the year. Also, there is going to be a lot of  fire and flood disasters in most of the states of the federation. And some government houses will be set ablaze. I see Kano, Borno, Kaduna and Gombe states in turmoil and their governors must be very watchful so that enemies would not take over their government houses. Similarly, there will be bombings in Enugu and Rivers states. Then the governor of Anambra State needs to be very prayerful so that the people would not cause trouble between him and former governor Peter Obi so that Obi’s people in PDP would not do everything possible to take over Anambra state in 2015. These are the problem areas. Imo  State too is another problem area but in the state PDP will do everything possible to take over the state but people will resist it.</div>

I see many ministers of God being killed but if they don’t want to endanger their lives, they should not dabble into politics. Ogun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party is going to have a lot of problems because no matter what they do, APC will still win Ogun State. Oyo State will still remain under APC  but in Lagos State, APC is going to have problems while there is also going to be problems in Ondo State because PDP will like to rig the election and the people will resist it. Also in many states of the federation, they are going to have political problems. In Rivers State, anybody supported by Governor Rotimi Amaechi will rule the state in the next dispensation, although PDP will come with a very strong force but they will fail. Above all. it is going to be well with the people that fear the Lord while those that are poor will rejoice  because very soon, God will elevate them.  Also, journalists in the country should be very careful in the New Year so that some of them would not be killed.</div>

Well, it is left to them to hear the voice of the Lord and take action while they are also free not to heed the honest advice from the throne of mercy. This was the same way I warned the late Chief MKO Abiola not to participate in the 1993 general elections and he never listened. But we all know how he ended his life, the same thing I warned the late former Head of State, General Sani Abacha, he also failed to listen and I also told the late  former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Chief Bola Ige, not to take a ministerial appointment from Chief Olusegun Obasanjo’s government at the inception of this democratic experience. Specifically, I told him that he was going to be rubbished, but he insisted on taking the appointment, saying he would resign his appointment before he was rubbished and I told him that before he resigned, they would kill him. And before President Jonathan got there, some people said he would not get there, I was the one who said he would  get there and that some enemies of the country would make the country almost ungovernable for him and it has happened as predicted .</div>

When he got there, some people hijacked his government and he was made a hostage in power and he isn’t bothered to correct the situation. He should not try his luck any longer. Some of those surrounding him are enemies of the country and when the chips are down, he would not see them again. </div>

The Itsekiris, Urohobos and the Ijaws should avoid trouble and also the people of the Niger Delta region should avoid trouble. Some leaders of the geo-political zone must be careful  so that they can survive in the year. Also, Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has to be careful because whatever be the case, the state is going to be a boiling point in the year because the election would be rigged in favour of a particular party  and there will be anarchy in Edo State. Some of our leaders would be poisoned and many politicians would not survive 2015. Nigerians also have to be careful with their security, especially those travelling by night, because I see a lot of accidents on the road everywhere.</div>

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is an elder statesman, he should mellow down  because Jonathan is his son. The two leaders should be reconciled by their mutual friends and they should not listen to those who want to cause disaffection  between the two leaders  so that this country can  move forward.</div>

The lover seemed to have mismanaged the money and as such he is indebted to her. Rather than open up to her and confess his sins, the lover was said to have hatched a plan to kill the woman on her arrival to Nigeria because he knew she would not take it kindly with him if he should start telling her stories on how he mismanaged the funds.</div>
