A court heard how she "screamed and shouted" at a level of noise which had offended neighbours during a ten minute romp at her house in Small Heath, Birmingham.</div>

The court heard Birmingham City Council took legal action after neighbour Ghazala Bibi, 40, complained about loud sex noises coming from her home.</div>

Mrs Bibi said in evidence: "Gemma started screaming and shouting whilst having sex, which woke us up. This lasted ten minutes."</div>

In a written judgement Judge Kelly said an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) had barred Wale from making "loud sex noises" at her home in Hob Moor Lane.</div>

The order had also barred her from causing nuisance by playing loud music, shouting, swearing, making banging noises, stamping and slamming doors.</div>

Judge Kelly said: "I am satisfied that during the course of the early hours of January 29, 2015, at around 5am, the defendant was guilty of screaming and shouting whilst having sex at a level of noise which caused nuisance or annoyance to (a neighbour).</div>

<b>Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State yesterday gave his strong backing for the autonomy of local governments in the country, saying that any governor opposed to it must be benefiting from his state-local government joint account.</b></div>

Speaking to newsmen on his first working day in office after a tour of the ministries in the Governor's Office, the governor said: "I support President Muhammadu Buhari on this local government autonomy. We are creating Local Council Development Areas. We are waiting for the new State House of Assembly to be inaugurated because this outgoing Assembly could not have completed it if they had opened discussion on it.</div>

"By July, all local government chairmen will be completing their three years tenure in office and we are going to conduct LG elections and creation of the LCDAs. That is what we want to do.</div>

Affirming that there was nothing tempting to attract anyone towards the local government funds, he said: "Truly, what is coming from the Federal Allocation is no longer enough. There is no money. "The issue is not any assertion of consent, or belief of consent. It is the prosecution's assertion there was penetration and the defendant's denial of that allegation".</div>

The prosecution said the woman had been asleep before waking and realising the "enormity of the situation, that her son was in the process of having sex with her".</div>

The woman shouted and screamed and, soon after, was frantic, the court was told. Another family member asked her "Are you sure? Are you sure?" She responded by saying "I didn't dream it. I didn't dream it".</div>

The court also heard that as a child, the boy used to get into his mother's bed, but that had stopped some years ago.</div>

Mr McEntee added: "The defendant's account is that his bed was uncomfortable, there was damage to the bottom sheet, so he had gone in and lain in bed with his mother."</div>

It's a basic thing that a man would build a woman and a woman would a man. So, if they feel so, I don't care what people say. He taught me so much in the film aspect and I will always respect him for that, but I don't think that's an issue.</div>

<b>What's the most painful thing that has happened to you in the past few years?</b></div>

I would say the most painful thing is being separated from Saidi Balogun and I feel sometimes it's just destiny sometimes. You are not lucky to have what you want. If God says no, no one can say yes. I think in the past few years, that has been my most painful memory. But I am actually outgrowing it. The press didn't help me and that alone killed me.</div>

"In banking parlance, Briquetting is disintegration and destruction of counted and audited dirty notes. By this practice, depositor banks usually take mutilated notes to the CBN in exchange for fresh notes equivalent of the amount deposited.</div>

"But while carrying out the assignment, the team was alleged to have found one of the currency boxes filled only with old newspapers rather than 20 bundles of ₦1000 notes.</div>

A similar case, according to investigation, had been discovered on September 22, 2014 when a box that was supposed to contain ₦500 notes to the tune of ₦5billion was filled with old newspapers.</div>

"Unlike in the past, this fraud could not be swept under the carpet, as a member of the Briquetting Panel from the Osogbo branch blew the lid on the illicit deal.</div>

"In a statement, the informant stated that the exercise was designed to last between August 4 and 8, 2014. The 35-year-old, however, stated that she discovered a strange 'sight' while opening the third box on the second day of the exercise.   It was a discovery that beat her ken.</div>

However, the shake-up in the top hierarchy of the military will not affect the police as the president is said to be disposed to retaining Mr. Solomon Arase who was appointed as the Inspector General of Police in the twilight of the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.</div>

The service chiefs to be affected in the purge of the high military command are Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshall Alex Badeh; Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Kenneth Obiah Minimah; Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Adesola Amosu and Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Usman Jibrin. </div>

"All the service chiefs are going. In fact, they are gone. They are only waiting for the president to announce their sack. Even most of them have packed out their personal effects in their offices. Only the IGP will be retained", a source said. </div>

But the source added that the delay in the sack of the service chiefs was due to a disagreement among political associates of the president over the choice of their replacements. </div>

"The president has drawn a list of his service chiefs, but when some political associates of the C-in-C saw it, they kicked against it.</div>

Hopefully, President Buhari will sack the service chiefs next week on or before his return from the G7 meeting holding in Berlin, Germany between June 7 and 9", the source added. <i>New Telegraph </i>learnt that though Jonathan hurriedly appointed and confirmed Arase following the sack of Mr. Suleiman Abba after the former president's loss at the March 28 presidential election, Buhari is said to be disposed to retaining the police boss.</div>

Arase was appointed on April 21, 2015 and confirmed on May 12. Since 1999, each government always appoints new IGP. When former President Olusegun Obasanjo took over power on May 29, 1999, he appointed Musiliu Smith as IG to replace Mr. Ibrahim Coomassie. The late President Umaru Yar'Adua appointed Mike Okiro as IG in June 2007 shortly after he took over power.</div>

Okiro succeeded Sunday Ehindero. However, the expectation was that Buhari would follow tradition and drop Arase for a new IG. The likely retention of Arase is based on a number of factors. One, he is considered to be highly professional and non-partisan.</div>

Two, the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) are comfortable with his style of leadership and are not opposed to his retention. Third, he is from Edo State where the National Chairman of the APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, hails from. More so, his governor, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole, was said to have supported his retention. Fourth, Arase, 59, who enlisted in the police in 1981, has only one more year to spend in the service before he is due for retirement. </div>
