Gunmen on Friday picked up the Emir of Bukukuyum in Zamfara State from his palace. The emir was abducted after the gunmen fired many shots.
The whereabouts of the Emir Muahmmadu Usman remain unknown as of Saturday morning.
Commissioner for Information in the state, Ibrahim Magaji, confirmed the emir’s abduction.
