Perhaps by accident; perhaps by heart, Nigeria's president is seen in this video promising to create unemployments [sic] for the nation's abundant, jobless youth.
This is even as unemployment has been one of the major problems bedeviling the country with over 40 million Nigerian youth remains jobless.
