A former Governor of Kwara State and incumbent senator, Bukola Saraki, has won his re-election bid on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Saraki tweeted his victory and declaration by INEC.

Also, a former member of the House of Representatives from Kogi State, Hon Dino Melaye has declared his victory via his twitter handle.
Melaye who ran on the APC platform said he was happy to be declared the winner of Kogi West senatorial contest.
I have just been declared the winner of the senatorial election of kogi west by INEC. To God alone be the glory.
