When the President-elect, General Muhammadu Buhari, said in an interview that his administration would hit ground immediately after its inauguration not many people understood or saw the determination in him.

Meanwhile, we recall that the Senior Special Adviser to the outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan on Publicity, Dr Doyin Okupe said in an interview with SaharaReporters in New York that Nigeria was not ripe enough to use electric trains.
