Former president Shehu Shagari turned 90 years today and all Nigerian living former Heads of State except General Muhammadu Buhari traveled to Sokoto to celebrate with him. 

The APC presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, was unavoidably absent as he is presently on a working visit to the UK.
