Many who thought the brouhaha over the WASC certificate of the APC presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buharu, would be put to rest after his alma mater released a copy of his Statement of Result Wednesday might be wrong afterall.
The PDP and its sympathizers say the result was forged. Among the queries they raised was that Hausa Language in which Buhari had a 5 (credit) was not offered for assessment in WASC by Cambridge in that year.
However, a Nigerian has helped out on this . Sodiq Alabi contacted Cambridge University by email to enquire whether or not Hausa Language was offered for assessment in 1961. The university replied and confirmed that truly it offered Hausa Language as one of the African Languages assessed in 1961.
