The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, General Muhammadu Buhari, has condemned the political violence that occurred yesterday in Jos, Plateau State.
Some hoodlums had attacked a campaign bus of President Goodluck Jonathan and set in on fire. The reasons for the violent attack were not immediately known but feelers have it that it was not unconnected with the political tension in the country towards next month's general elections.
Buhari also cautioned his supporters to be peaceful as he rejects "any supporter who resorts to violence".
